Kubota fans,

Stopped at local dealer to look at Kubota

They have an L2900 GST with LA480 loader, mid pto, said it was a 99 year model with 517 hours. Asking 14,500. I did not have time to do any evaluation at all except look at it and start it. Seemed to be nice and clean, no dings or dents, nice and clean under the fenders, probably power washed,. said they had gotten it ready for some guy who didn't come back to talk anymore.

any comments on the unit or price?

I looking to replace a a 30 yr old JD 2440 with something easier to plow snow on a long driveway ( 1/2 mile ) and maintain 30 acres of crp and 50 of woodland. I'd get a front mount blower.

I have an L2900, about the same year that I have in for repair. Tranny problems, and they say I need a new valve body at the cost of $3000,00 and that it is a non-servicable part. I posted a message to followup on today, hopefully I get somewhere. I'm selling it after it's fixed and checked on prices, which range from 12,000 to 15,000 but this is with loader and backhoe. Mine is at 1300 hours.
